Understanding Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki energy healing is a technique that can be used to improve the overall well-being of our Fountain Valley, CA patients. The practice of reiki energy healing aids the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, and it can be used to alleviate pain and bring balance back to all parts of the individual. With the use of hands-on healing, reiki provides deep relaxation and the promotion of a sense of peacefulness. It is particularly effective at alleviating stress and stress-related conditions.
Reiki Certification Classes
Level 1 – Participants will spend an initial period receiving broad information on Reiki including the history, the nature of the energy, how it is passed on and how it interacts with the body. Attendees of Reiki Level 1 will receive the Level 1 Attunement which will allow them to treat themselves as well as others, animals and even plants. Students will be given full training in the hand positions that are used and time will be allowed for practicing treatments on themselves and others, for asking questions and sharing experiences. A manual and certificate will be provided to each student.
Level 2 – Participants in the Level 2 Workshop (also referred to as the Second Degree) will be introduced to the Reiki symbols and provided techniques on how to use them. Students will also receive an attunement and plenty of time for practice. It is said that when one receives Reiki Second Degree they increase their own energy, and ability to provide healings exponentially. While sometimes subtle, and sometimes profound, this ancient healing modality is a blessing to those that give and receive it. Come join us for the beginning of an amazing journey. Reiki Master – With Reiki Master training and certification, students completing this course will be able to teach Reiki Levels 1 and 2 as well as Reiki Master. Instruction is given on the Usui and Tibetan system of attunements. Other variations are also outlined in the class manual. Over half the class time is used for practice so the student becomes confident in administering Reiki attunements. Students practice giving attunements on each other so that each student receives many attunements. This class is a powerful healing experience. While the content of the class will allow anyone to pass the ability to do Reiki on to others and to teach if one chooses, many take the class for their own use or to use with family and friends. All students receive a manual as well as digital versions of the manuals for Levels 1&2.
Prerequisite: Must provide proof of Reiki 1 and 2 Certification/Training.

What is Reiki?
